Located directly across from Sandestin's Hilton Hotel, the Luau's large heated pool features a swim-under waterfall & heated spa. The entry fountain, BBQ area and swimming pools are located along a stream that winds through the complex's lush landscaping. There is a roof-top observation deck & a fitness center in the complex, helping to make Luau a self-contained oasis.
